Public reviews of this bar single out a bartender by first name and praise the atmosphere in some detail. None of it is quoted anywhere on this site.
Naming an employee on a website their employer has never seen is not mine to do, and inventing a testimonial would be worse. On a real site, a few genuine reviews used with permission are among the strongest things you can put up.
